Clear Cache in 360 App

The Campo 360 app occasionally retains files in its cache, hindering the generation of new records or field visit synchronization of pending journeys on the device.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to clear the cache:

1) Open the Campo 360 App.

2) In the App’s Main Menu, select setting > Log out of Google Drive


3) Go to the device’s setting and choose Apps
4) Find Campo 360 among the installed apps, then select it.
5) Choose Force Stop to close the app:


6) Go to the Storage and Cache menu and select Clear Cache. Confirm.


7) Open the Campo 360 App again, and from the Mail Menu choose settings > Log in to Google Drive.

After these steps, you should be able to generate new field visits and synchronize without issues.

Remember to synchronize one field visit at a time.
